At right past RGHF Director Don Murphy and President Carl-Wilhelm join in ringing the bell to close an Inter-City meeting in Modesto, CA. USA. The meeting was attended by 450 local Rotarians, and gave Carl-Wilhelm an opportunity to chat with club members. Like most RI Presidents, Carl-Wilhelm acknowledges that the work of Rotary is done in the local clubs
